Approving our application, Minstry of Education handed the official letter to the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to look forward to their reply. Ministry of Public Security responded with its agreement quickly , however, Minstry of Education didn’t received the reply of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more than two years.
